Three PTH component assembly stations feed a double-vibrating-wave soldering machine with transport card up to 90 mm. in height. The Folungwing welding machine is equipped with a Sn100C well. It is equipped with a nitrogen gas generator and the cycle takes place in a closed environment to ensure the minimum formation of oxidation on the solder.

The "no-clean" fluxes used, except in special cases, are alcohol-based which does not require a subsequent washing.
