The department makes use of technologically advanced automatic equipment, automatic line loaders and unloaders, DEK screen printer, Siemens P&P, Heller 6+6 zone oven.

The optimal welding profile for each new product is detected and stored via the professional profiler (SolderStar). The machine production parameters in the line are stored for each type of product in order to provide the perfect repeatability of the production batch.
